I have always been heavily interested in animal and animal welfare. Worked for many years in animal protection and sometime at a kennel. I started this career with Arja, an Alaskan husky puppy. I quickly realized my lack of knowledge and started my training as a dog behaviorist at Turid Rugaas international dog trainer school in 2012.
Met Julia for the first time in 2014 and already by then I had decided to start training as a Galen Myotherapist. In 2012 Storm moved in who is a rehome Alaskan husky with major challenges. This situation made it impossible to travel to England for the practical part of the course.
In my career as a behavioral therapist as well as with my own dogs, I often saw a connection between behavioral problems and muscular issues. Without being able to do anything about it or finding someone who could help me with the worst cases regarding behaviour, it became a growing frustration.
After several meetings with the Galen team, I wanted the education even more. Finally, in 2019, I could start my education and travel to England. I graduated in 2020.
In addition to behavioral therapist, I am also a trained dog massage therapist and certified laser therapist. Those courses I studied and completed in Norway 2018.
